Driveline Baseball Enterprises LLC (“Driveline”) and Precision Impact Inc. (“Precision Impact”) have settled the trademark infringement and unfair competition lawsuit that Driveline filed against Precision Impact in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
As stated in the complaint, Driveline alleged that Precision Impact infringed its DRIVELINE BASEBALL® and Plyo Ball ® trademarks under Federal Law, as well as engaged in unfair competition under Washington law. As part of the agreement, Precision Impact agreed to change the name of its “PlyoBomb” training product.
